Meet Tayna, our Youth Support Facilitator at Girls Inc. of the Valley. Tayna is a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 9 years of experience working with children, families, and diverse communities. She is passionate about creating positive environments where individuals feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. Tayna joined Girls Inc. of the Valley to continue her work with young people, and it’s the relationships she builds with participants that she enjoys most. Whether she’s encouraging girls to explore new interests or creating fun, supportive experiences where participants can be themselves, Tayna loves being part of the moments that help them build confidence and discover what they’re capable of. Outside of work, Tayna enjoys staying active, going to the gym, spending time with her dog, and exploring new places. She’s always up for a new adventure and loves making memories with the people closest to her.
