Jeannette Rivera, Elementary School Program Facilitator
Joyful, curious, and action-oriented, Jeannette brings these personal attributes into everything they do. Their definition of success is being content with your efforts and finding joy in the experience. Jeannette sits on five different community boards and committees which falls right in line with their favorite quote by bell hooks: “love is an action, never simply a feeling”. Outside of work, Jeannette’s curiosity often leads them to travel and enjoying nature. If they won the lottery today, the first thing they would buy is an RV! They just can’t resist a free travel ticket and have multiple destinations on their travel list. Including, a trip to Iceland to experience the northern lights.
