We are Girls Inc. of the Valley
Girls Inc. empowers, educates, and guides girls forward, helping them navigate the challenges in their lives. Through intentional and effective programming, both in school and after school, we focus on the development of the whole girl – while helping to harness the power already within her. The combination of long-lasting mentoring relationships, a pro-girl environment, and research-based programming equips girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers, and grow up healthy, educated, and independent.
*Girls Inc. of the Valley welcomes youth who identify as girls regardless of their assigned sex at birth, and those who are exploring their gender identity or expression during their time at Girls Inc. This position maintains our commitment to gender equality and justice by welcoming all youth who experience gender-based oppression (including but not limited to transgender girls, cisgender girls, transmasculine youth and non-binary individuals).
Check out our Spirit of Girls 2021 virtual event recording below, and subscribe to our YouTube Channel to stay up-to-date with our latest projects.
Our mission is to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold by providing them the opportunity to develop and achieve their full potential.
