If Emilia could do another job for just one day, she would be an executive chef at a 5 star restaurant – probably perfecting her favorite meal: penne alla vodka. Emilia says the best part of her role at Girls Inc. is, “collaborating or brainstorming with my amazing coworkers.” Her coworkers might tell you she tends to use the words “dude,” “true,” and “awesome” a bit more than most! If she could interview anyone, Emilia would choose Marsha P. Johnson or Sylvia Rivera. What does Emilia like to do on her days off? “Projects in the house, cook really good food, and hang out with my pets.” If she won the lottery, Emilia says she would, “pay off my mortgage and buy a really nice car.”
