People may be surprised to know that Brandi Kilbourne was a professional commercial hip-hop dancer, and the highlight of her career was being a background dancer for Beyoncé. “Who run the world? Girls!” When she was 10 years old, she formed her own 501c3 non-profit magazine called Hot Fire, which was written for youth, by youth, and provided quarterly news and current events stories. Brandi still likes to dance, choreograph, read, and write for fun, but she also enjoys hiking, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and traveling.
