If Becca wasn’t working at Girls Inc., she would take a stab at being a radio host, lawyer, or therapist. We definitely agree with that last profession, as she has some good advice for professionals based on her own experience: 1) conflict doesn’t have to be a bad thing, 2) ask for what you want or need, 3) don’t apologize for setting boundaries. What’s the weirdest job she’s ever had? “Food styling or home decluttering organizer.” Becca’s biggest phobia? “Stepping on dead animals or roadkill by accident.” Becca says she’s at her best when she’s “not too hot or cold, fed, had enough sleep, with loved ones, laughing, playing games, or being active.”
