Galentine’s Day Cook Along Event with Bella Foodie

Girls Inc. of the Valley and Bella Foodie are inviting the community to partake in their Galentine’s day virtual cook-along party on Thursday, February 11th from 6-8pm. They’re encouraging the community to grab their best friends and join them for some decadent delights and tasty drinks taught by Chef Ashley of Bella Foodie, all for a great cause.

Chef Ashley Tresoline of Bella Foodie is a personal chef who has shared her love of health and wellness through food for more than six and a half years. She is an active member of the community, running virtual workshops for local organizations such as the Young Professional Society of Greater Springfield where she coaches career-minded individuals on healthy eating on the go. Bella Foodie and Girls Inc. of the Valley have teamed up to host a virtual cook-along to raise $1,500 for Girls Inc. of the Valley through ticket sales and sponsorship. Participants will learn cooking tips and tricks while being taught delicious recipes from Chef Ashley Tresoline throughout the virtual event. On the menu is Pink Mac and Cheese and Molten Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Raspberry Sauce featuring Hardwick Vineyards Dessert Wine.

Where: Girls Inc. of the Valley’ Zoom account – those who registered will receive a Zoom link to attend the event via email. Tickets for the event can be purchased here. 

“I am truly honored to be able to partner with Girls Inc. of the Valley on this amazing event,” said Owner and Chef Ashley Tresoline of Bella Foodie. “I’ve had a chance to work with them over the past year from teaching virtual classes at Eureka University as well as participating in their #Shevotes campaign and so much more. Girls Inc. of the Valley is all about empowering and supporting the next generation of girls in all aspects of life.”

Participants will have the opportunity to pick up their VIP Boxes for the cook-along and Wine Orders from Hardwick Vineyards at the Girls Inc. of the Valley Headquarters in Holyoke, MA, on Tuesday, February 9th, between 5-7pm. As this will be a drive-thru pick up, participants are asked to wear a mask.

VIP tickets include:

  • Ingredients portioned out, shopping will be done for you
  • List of kitchen equipment needed
  • A 1/2 bottle of limited edition wine from Hardwick Vineyards
  • Exclusive special offers from sponsors
  • A downloadable copy of the recipes that are made during the cook-along

Bella Foodie was born with the mission to create delicious, homemade healthy meals for all. Chef Ashley is passionate about her craft and helping her clients as best she can, just as Girls Inc. of the Valley aims to provide support and resources girls need to lead a healthy and successful life.
