Hi Girls. Inc!
My name is Jenna DeLisi and I am a senior at Westfield State University. I plan to graduate in May of 2021, and am majoring 
in communication with a double concentration in media art analysis and journalism! I’m living off campus in Westfield right now, but I am from Peabody Massachusetts – right outside Boston.
After I graduate, I hope to get a job in the production industry. I have my mind set on being a TV producer, so we will see how that goes! I love running the show, editing, building graphics and basically everything else that comes along with media. I hope to work at WCVB Boston someday.
I am so excited to intern with Girls Inc. of the Valley! Girls support girls! Everyone faces different challenges in different ways, and that’s why helping each other out is so important. As an intern here, I hope to help spread your positive messages through video production, graphic design, and writing content for the website. I was referred by Dr. Elizabeth Preston from Westfield State University, who is a current board member at Girls Inc. of the Valley. Dr. Preston has been my biggest mentor during my college experience.
Throughout of this internship, I hope to make connections with the Girls Inc. team and join this awesome community. I hope to use my creative video skills to spread awareness about your organization! I want to also develop new skills, helping myself become more strong, smart, and bold as well. I can’t wait for this journey to begin.
