Girls Inc. of Holyoke is accepting resumes for School-Based Program Facilitator positions. We are seeking creative, energetic individuals who are passionate about inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold.

School-Based Program Facilitators deliver Girls Inc. curriculum/programs related to health and wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), economic literacy and academic success to area schools. In conjunction with the Middle and High School Program Directors, develops innovative school day and after school programs for girls age 11 – 18; assists with program recruitment, scheduling, reporting and evaluation; provides communication with school leaders, families, and partnering organizations. Coordinates a girl-centered learning environment that instills the mission of Girls Inc.

Part-time positions available in Springfield, Chicopee, and Holyoke. Must be able to work a flexible weekly schedule. Programs take place primarily during the school day and/or after school hours, as well as during school vacations. Some weekends and evenings may be required.

Must have reliable, daily transportation to assigned school(s) and Girls Inc. headquarters in Holyoke, as well as planning and staff development trainings as required.

High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an educational or youth development setting. Current college students or recent graduates exploring careers in education, social work, non-profit management, psychology, women’s studies, or science, are encouraged to apply. Valid driver’s license required. Driver credentialing (as needed) and CORI checks required. Qualified Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply. EOE
